Design That Actually Works
Built for Real Vehicles, Real Conditions, Every Day
A great wrap isn't just about how it looks on a screen — it's about how it performs on a real vehicle. Panels curve, gaps interrupt layouts, and what looks good up close can disappear at 50 feet. We design with all of that in mind from the start — whether we're working from our own concepts or collaborating with your design team.
Built for Real Vehicles, Not Just Mockups
A wrap that looks good in a flat proof can still fail on a real vehicle. We design with the actual shape, proportions, and visibility of the vehicle in mind — so the finished graphics look right where they matter most.
Vehicle-First Design
Every design starts with the actual vehicle shape, not a generic rectangle.
Your Designer, Our Designer, Or Both
You don't have to use our design team to work with us. We're happy to collaborate with your existing designers, agencies, or marketing team — or handle the design entirely in-house. Whatever works best for your project.
Work With Your Design Team
Already have an in-house designer or agency? Great — we collaborate directly with them. We handle the vehicle-specific engineering while they keep creative control.
Use Your Existing Brand Kit
Send us your brand guidelines, logos, fonts, and color specs. We'll build the wrap layout around what you already have — no need to start from scratch.
Let Us Handle Everything
Don't have a designer? No problem. Our team can take your ideas from concept to print-ready files, designing the full wrap from the ground up.
Any Combination
Some customers bring a logo and a rough concept. Others bring fully finished artwork. We meet you wherever you are in the process and fill in the gaps.
Artwork Repair & File Rebuilding
~50%
of projects require some level of artwork repair before production.
Most customers don't hand over print-ready files — and that's completely fine. Whether you're sending files from your own designer, your agency, or just a rough idea, we'll get everything print-ready. Logos are low resolution. Colors are undefined. Files were built for a business card, not a 53-foot trailer. We fix all of it before anything goes to print.
Common Issues We Resolve:
Refining the Design as Much as Needed
Some projects move fast. Some take weeks or months to finalize. Either way, we stay with it until it's right.
Fast When You Need It
Simple fleet lettering or repeat jobs can move from approval to production in days. We don't slow down straightforward work.
Deep When It Matters
Complex wraps, rebrands, and multi-vehicle rollouts sometimes take multiple rounds. We keep refining until the design is exactly right.
No Pressure to Settle
We don't rush you into approving something you're not confident in. The goal is a design you're proud to put on the road.
Color Matching With Real Control
Color is one of the hardest things to get right in vehicle wraps. Screen colors lie. Printer defaults drift. Laminate changes the look. We control every variable so the color you approve is the color you get.
Custom Printer Profiling
Our printers are profiled specifically for the materials and inks we use — not factory defaults.
In-House & Expert Support
Color matching handled internally, with outside expert support when projects demand it.
3M & Avery Materials
We print on premium substrates from 3M and Avery — materials that hold color accuracy over time.
Saved Color References
Every color profile, swatch, and print setting is documented and saved for future use.
Production Consistency
A wrap printed today will match a wrap printed a year from now — same color, same finish, same result.
Saved Files, Saved Samples, Future-Ready Fleets
The system most shops don't have.
When you add a vehicle to your fleet two years from now, we don't start from scratch. We pull the archived template, match the saved color profile, and produce graphics that are identical to the ones already on the road.
Matching Existing Wraps Years Later
The Chevy Colorado Hood Match
A customer came to us with a Chevy Colorado that had a 4-year-old wrap — done by another vendor. The hood needed to be replaced after damage. The challenge: match a sun-faded, weathered wrap that we didn't produce, on a vehicle we didn't originally wrap.
We color-matched the existing faded graphics, printed the new hood panel, and installed it. The result was invisible — you cannot tell where the old wrap ends and the new one begins.

Consistency Across Different Vehicle Models
Real fleet consistency means the brand looks right on every vehicle — not just one model repeated.
Forever Clean — Multi-Model Fleet
Same brand. Four completely different vehicles.
Heavy-duty roll-off truck
Medium-duty cab-over
Medium-duty box truck
Mid-size pickup
Each vehicle has a completely different body shape, cab height, and panel layout — but the finished branding looks unified across the entire fleet. That's controlled design, controlled color, and a system that adapts to every model.
When Customers Need More Than Design
Sometimes the design is just the starting point. We also help with the bigger picture — planning, advising, and building a fleet brand that holds up over time.
Planning Future Vehicles
Adding trucks next year? We can pre-plan the graphics so they're ready the day the vehicle arrives.
Logo Placement Strategy
Where your logo sits on a van door versus a flatbed trailer matters. We advise on placement that maximizes visibility.
Visibility Consulting
What reads at 60 mph? What gets lost? We help you make smart branding decisions for real-world impact.
Long-Term Brand Building
We help you think about branding as a system — not a one-time purchase. Your fleet identity should grow with your company.
